"Rehabilitation International encourages the dissemination of material produced under its aegis, and the translation of that material into other languages, so as to make it more available for the benefit of people with disabilities. However no individual or organisation may claim copyright over such disseminated or translated material without prior specific authorisation from Rehabilitation International. No profit may be gathered by any individual or organisation from the sale of such material, beyond the actual costs of that dissemination or translation."
