Biographical Sketch
Michael Fox is currently serving as President of RI and was the 1996 to 2004 World Chair of the RI International Commission on Technology and Accessibility (ICTA).
He is an experienced architect, planner and access consultant with involvement in access and equity since 1972. He is a director of Access Australia and the related Sydney architectural company Michael Fox Architects. He is an accredited member of the Association of Consultants in Access Australia (ACAA).
Michael Fox is a member of the Corporate Board of House with No Steps in Sydney, the RI Australia National Member Organisation, and since 1975 has been a member of the Standards Australia ME / 64 Access and Mobility Committees.
He is a University lecturer in Access, Equity & Design and was 1992 to 2001 Chair of NRAF in Sydney, the Northern Region Access Forum.
