KSRPD and RI Asia Pacific Secretariat, in agreement with the recent statement released
by Rehabilitation International and RI Foundation on March 16, 2011 express its deepest
condolence and support for the victims and survivors of the recent natural disasters in nearby
Japan.
We take this opportunity to highly commend our Japanese colleagues for being proactive
in protecting the lives of persons with disabilities, and are especially encouraged by the recent
efforts of the Daisy Consortium in providing accurate and accessible information to persons with
disabilities.
