The event saw more than 400 talents from around the world competing in skills contests across 10 categories and screened and showcased the best talent in vocational skill categories like IT, arts and crafts, hospitality, and services.
Abilympics, branded as the “Olympics of Skills” and an event for participants to demonstrate their “Excellence in Skilling,” is comprised of vocational skills competitions and is specifically designed for people with disabilities.
First held in Tokyo in 1981, the Abilympics is held every four years.
