The World Congress on Rehabilitation 2024 (WCR 2024) will host its 25th edition in UAE, Abu Dhabi on September 23 – 25, 2024.
The aim of WRC 2024 is to discuss the challenges that persons with disabilities are facing on a global level and how to overcome the obstacles that prevents their full integration into the labor market, the marginalization and deprivation of their rights at work, and the need to train and qualify them with training and development programs to enable them to enter the labor market and enhance career advancement opportunities for them in the public and private sectors.
A tripartite Memorandum of Understanding has been signed Between Rehabilitation International organization (RI), and International Social Security Association (ISSA), and Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (ZHO) for the Organization of the World Congress on Rehabilitation 2024 in Abu Dhabi.
