Overview:

Rehabilitation with the link to retain employability of the working population should become the key issue in all European countries. Employees with chronic diseases and injuries suffering from risks for getting severely disabled and who are dependent on disability pensions need early interventions, holistic case management and sustainable individually tailored job placement solutions. This workshop introduces successful return-to-work practices from various European countries which can be disseminated across Europe.
